Absolutely no pets, no smoking and no parties. Garbage cannot be left outside and uncovered due to wildlife. Raccoons can be a nuisance and unattended garbage will attract them and make an awful mess to clean up after.
If using the grill, please be sure that when you are finished it is cooled down before leaving unattended.
When running the AC, please be mindful that all windows stay closed. When the weather does cool down and you'd like to have the fresh air and windows open, please turn OFF the AC.
We greatly appreciate are requests being minded. We have a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature along with many sites to see and places to visit. If you have any questions during your stay, please be sure to let us know! We do have a pond that is filled with Bass and Bluegill. It is catch and release ONLY. If you have a fishing pole, you are welcome to bring them.
Lastly, there are both wild and domestic animals that roam freely about the property. Please take note that cattle and horses are in fenced in pastures. Please stay away from fences as they are electric and barbed wire.
